Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Panic Vectors! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, please message/email me for a resolution.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must have been used in the manner specified by its limitations of use in the product description pages.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping cost is not covered by Panic Vectors and is fully on the customer.

Refunds

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Change of Mind

If the item has not shipped yet, you are welcome to contact me for an even exchange. This excludes clothing/accessories as they are shipped separately. Once the items ship, they will only be replaced or refunded per the policy above.
